Device Replacement Service
Device Replacement supports new device registration with taking over the device management information (only Device Identifier should be newly determined) under BizMobile Go!
Registered device configuration is migrated when the new device is enrolled. In addition, Device management administrator can assign specific action for old device after new device was enrolled, such as Withdraw, Selective Wipe, Wipe or No Action.
This function enables to continue device management for new devices with existing device information instead of creating new device information.
Step
- Go to CONFIG > Device, select device (*) you want to replace and then press Replace.
- Enter necessary information

Identifier |
Unique ID for new device. Please do not use existing identifier including old device. 20 characters of alphanumeric and “.”, “-“, “_” are allowed. |
Handling Method |
Select handling method for old device when new device check-in is completed.

Key |
Auto generated key from Device identifier and Unit ID. Format is “Identifer@Unit ID” |
Code |
Passcode for check-in process. Old device’s code is entered as default, but administrator can enter new passcode if necessary. |
Expiration Date |
1 week as default. |
- Click Save button.
Step
- Go to CONFIG > Device, and click identifier you want to see
- Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and find Device Replacement Information.
This field is blank if device replacement information is not registered.

If new device ready exists, you cannot overwrite new device replacement information.
To modify device replacement information, please remove new device from device list.
