Can data sharing between apps with a briefcase icon and regular apps be prohibited on Work Profile devices?
By default, data files cannot be shared between the Work Profile (apps with a briefcase icon) and the user profile (regular apps).
Data downloaded in a Work Profile app is saved in the Files app within the Work Profile.
The apps that can be selected as the Open-In destination are also limited to apps within the same profile.
To prohibit copying and pasting between profiles, use the following setting.
・Restriction Policy > User Restriction > Disable pasting between different profiles
