Can I hide the pop-up shown when downloading an app by using an MDM setting?
You cannot hide the pop-up Download "(app name)" using cellular data? that is displayed on the device when downloading an app by using an MDM setting.
Use a Wi-Fi connection, or on the device, select Always Allow under Settings > App Store > App Downloads.
