Location information cannot be obtained from an Android device

Check the following.

  1. Enable Fetch Location in the device settings of the admin console.
  2. Update Google Play services to the latest version on the device. Check whether there is an update notification for Google Play services.
  3. Enable GPS on the device.
  4. Move to a location where GPS signals can be received.

Note: To use location information, you must apply for the optional contract.
