Code Scanner is not displayed in the Control Center of an iPhone/iPad
If you specify the allowed apps as a whitelist in the following profile setting, add the package name for the Code Scanner, com.apple.BarcodeScanner, and try again.
・Restrictions > Apps > Restrict app usage (Supervised only, iOS 9.3+) > Allow only some apps
Also, depending on the OS version, the package name com.apple.barcodesupport.qrcode may also need to be allowed for reading QR codes with the standard Camera app.
We recommend adding this one as well.
