An ADE (formerly DEP) device is automatically withdrawn (Withdrawn) when it is activated

In the admin console, check whether the message Cannot enroll because the device violates the enrollment restrictions appears in the Log menu.
The Cannot enroll because the device violates the enrollment restrictions log is displayed when the value specified for UDID or IMEI in the Enrollment Restrictions of the device information differs from the information of the device that actually enrolled,
and the device is automatically withdrawn when it is activated.
For an ADE device whose ADE enrollment method is set to Serial, the device is enrolled based on its serial number, which is unique to the device, so Enrollment Restrictions are not needed.
Review the Enrollment Restrictions settings and try again.

If none of the above applies, contact the support desk with the identifier of the affected device and the time of activation.
