Can I distribute contact data with a profile?
You cannot distribute the contact data itself, but by configuring the Contacts payload in the profile,
you can apply the equivalent of Add a CardDAV account in the Apple help page below and distribute contact information.

CardDAV is a standard for synchronizing address book (contact) data. You can synchronize the contacts of an account that supports CardDAV with the device.
If the profile is installed but the contact information is not reflected, see Contact data is not reflected on the device.
Google accounts have discontinued support for CardDAV accounts that use ID/password authentication.

Check the host name, port number, and other values to set in the profile with your account service.
