System apps are hidden on an Android device after MDM enrollment
When you enroll an Android device in MDM, some of the system apps preinstalled on the device (for Work Profile, the apps displayed in the work area) are disabled.
To make a disabled system app available, specify its package name in a profile and distribute that setting to the device.
Specify the package name of the target app in Profile > Application Configuration > System App Settings.
Note: For the package name of the target system app, contact the device manufacturer.
Then run a sync and check the status on the device.
