What is the Restart feature?
This feature lets an administrator remotely restart a managed device.
Note: A locked iOS device does not connect to the Wi-Fi network after it restarts.
If you restart an iOS device that connects only through a Wi-Fi network, it cannot communicate with the BizMobile Go! server until the device is unlocked locally, so be careful.
To use this feature, iOS devices must be in Supervised mode on iOS 10.3 or later, and Android devices must be in Device Owner mode on Android 7.0 or later.
