I want to prohibit signing in with an Apple Account

Set Allow account modification (supervised only, iOS 7.0+) in the Restrictions payload of the profile to Off to prohibit changes to account settings on the device.
When this setting is applied, the Apple Account item on the device's Settings screen is grayed out and cannot be operated.
Note: To apply this profile, the device must be in Supervised mode (supervised).

The behavior after applying it differs depending on whether the device is already signed in to an Apple Account when the profile is applied.

When applied while not signed in

Users can no longer sign in with a new Apple Account.
Apply it in this state if you do not want device users to use a personal Apple Account.

When applied while signed in

The signed-in account is kept as is, and users can no longer switch to a different Apple Account.
Users also cannot sign out.

warning

This setting also restricts changes to accounts other than the Apple Account, such as email accounts.
If you want a specific Apple Account to be signed in beforehand, complete the sign-in before applying the profile. You cannot sign in after the profile is applied.
