Cannot register a new Apple Push certificate
Aside from cases such as a network problem that prevents you from logging in to the Apple Push Certificates Portal, if you cannot upload the CSR file (a certificate signing request file with the "csr" extension) or cannot download the Push certificate, your browser may not be supported.
The Apple Push Certificates Portal supports Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Microsoft Edge.
