Which setting is applied when multiple profiles registered in a template have conflicting settings?

When different profiles have conflicting settings, the setting that is considered more secure is normally applied to the device.

For example, if Minimum length is set to 4 digits in one profile and 8 digits in another, 8 digits is applied.
