You can check the operation history in LOG in the admin console. If you performed a sync operation, confirm that The sync command was issued. is displayed in the log.
Note that a response from the device is required for the sync to complete, so after the sync operation, check whether the device responded
by confirming that the date and time in CONFIG > Device Detail > Last Access has been updated.
