The profile that is already installed and the profile you are trying to install additionally both contain a payload (the same setting in both) that does not allow duplicates.
The payloads (settings) that do not allow duplicates are published by Apple.
To resolve the issue, remove the payload (setting) whose Duplicates item is 1 from one of the profiles.
