`Profile "\\\\\\\\\*" is not managed by MDM` is displayed

Profiles are managed by identifiers (the Payload Identifier on the profile details screen).
The profile cannot be installed because a profile with the same identifier as the profile you are trying to install from BizMobile Go! has already been installed without using BizMobile Go!.
To install it, delete the profile that was installed without using BizMobile Go! from the device.
