Not Verified is displayed on the Remote Management profile
When the certificate used to sign the MDM management profile expires, the profile is shown in red, but this does not affect device management.
Apple guarantees that the profile remains valid even after the certificate expires, and that MDM device management can continue.
The certificate proves that the MDM vendor is approved by Apple.
Device management is not affected, but you can also clear the expiration display by renewing the certificate.

You must perform tasks on both the admin console and the device.
