InstallProfile: (4027) Profile <profile name> may be requesting a passcode change, but the passcode cannot be changed
This error occurs when you try to install, or reinstall, a profile that includes a Passcode payload on a device that already has a profile installed in which Allow passcode modification (supervised only) in the Restrictions payload is set to Off.
(Installing a profile that includes a Passcode payload is judged to require a passcode change, but because Allow passcode modification is already Off, the installation fails and the sync does not complete.)
If Passcode and Restrictions are configured in a single profile, split them into separate new profiles. Delete the existing profile from the device, and then install each new profile.
Note: Apple recommends creating profiles separately for each feature payload.
If Passcode and Restrictions are installed as separate profiles, first set Allow passcode modification (supervised only) to On in the profile that configures Restrictions, and then install the Passcode profile.
