Android EMM

We recommend integrating with Android EMM.
By integrating Android EMM with BizMobile Go!, you can remotely install and uninstall Google Play Store apps and in-house apps, configure app settings, and configure policies without requiring any user operation on the device.

Using Android EMM lets you manage Android devices with a consistent configuration.
You can also configure app settings from the EMM screen.

What you can do with EMM integration

Note

On Device Owner devices, only in-house apps can be silently installed and uninstalled even if EMM integration is not set up.
However, by integrating with EMM, you can support all management modes and app types and manage Android devices with a more consistent configuration, including app settings.

Requirements and limitations for using EMM

  • Android agent app Ver 2.0 or later is required (EMM cannot be used with Ver 1.8.5 or earlier)
  • You must assign devices to users
  • The maximum number of devices that can be assigned to one user is 10
warning

EMM integration is required to silently install and uninstall apps.

warning

If a device is not assigned to a user, apps are not silently installed or uninstalled.

warning

If more than 10 devices are assigned to one user, the behavior is undefined. Operation is not guaranteed in this case, so stay within the limit.
