Apps purchased in Apple Business do not appear in the VPP app list in the admin console

If an app does not appear, try the following in order.

  1. Check whether the VPP token is within its validity period under SETTING > Unit Detail > VPP Token Expiration Date. If the token has expired, renew it. (Manual: Renew the VPP token)
  2. In the admin console, VPP app licenses are updated every 5 minutes, so wait about 5 minutes for the app to appear.
  3. In Apple Business (formerly Apple Business Manager), check that Assign To is specified correctly for the purchased app license. (Manual: Purchase VPP apps)
  4. The token may have a problem in Apple Business, so renew the VPP token. (Manual: Renew the VPP token)
