The message Profile is not compatible with the OS version is displayed on the Sync Status tab of the device details
This message is displayed when a Windows or Android profile contains an item that is not supported by the OS version.
When this message is displayed, that setting item is invalid. For devices with an unsupported OS version, either update the OS to a supported version or split templates by OS version.
