Release Activation Lock
iOS 7.0-
Managed
Activation Lock is a Find My iPhone feature that protects devices running iOS 7 or later.
It is enabled automatically when you turn on Find My iPhone. After a device with Activation Lock enabled is erased, activating it requires the Apple ID that was signed in before the erase.

This feature prevents a third party from using the device as a new device.
However, if the device owner changes or the Apple ID is forgotten, you may no longer be able to activate the device.
With BizMobile Go!, you can release Activation Lock remotely and obtain an Activation Lock release code in the admin console.
You can disable Activation Lock for all applicable devices in the unit.
You can release Activation Lock on a specified device.
You can view the release code that you can enter on the Activation Lock screen on the device.
