Enable configuration profile upload

In addition to configuring the profiles assigned to devices in the admin console, you can register profiles created with Apple Configurator.
You can also migrate profiles that were created in another unit.
For example, if you operate multiple units in BizMobile Go!, you can migrate a profile by exporting a profile already configured in unit A and importing it into unit B.
However, only some of the "Extended Configuration" payloads configured in the original profile are included in the export.
You must configure the payloads that are not included afterward.
