Enable the location setting on the device

1. In the admin console, select CONFIG → Profile and click [Create].
   
2. On the profile create screen, select Windows for OS and enter a profile name in Name.
   Next, click the Restrictions policy and click [Configure].
   
3. After you specify the required Template, open the Network tab and select Force for Allow location.
   Finally, click Save.

If you configure the device directly without distributing a profile, go to Settings > Privacy & security > Location and turn the following settings
On.
