Enable Location Acquisition for Managed Devices

  1. In the admin console, to create a new device, select CONFIG > Device and click [Create].
    To operate on an existing device, click the identifier link of that device.
  2. In the "Geofence and Location Options" section at the bottom of the device creation (edit) screen that opens, turn on "Option Settings".

Enable Location Acquisition in Bulk Using a CSV File

To turn on "Fetch Location" for multiple devices at once, create and import a CSV file.
Check the details and a sample CSV file in Create Information with a CSV File (Settings), and then change the settings.
